Return & Exchange
At Arya Jewelry, each piece is handmade to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we offer a 3-day return window. You have three calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns & Restocking Fee
If your return is accepted, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover labor and administrative processing.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations requested after production has begun are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Once a piece has entered production, materials and labor have already been committed.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Because personalized and custom-tailored pieces are uniquely yours, they are Final Sale and ineligible for return or refund. This includes any specific requests for metal types, stone upgrades, custom sizing, or engravings. We appreciate your understanding that these intentional designs, whether from our in-stock or made-to-order collections, cannot be exchanged or returned.
International Orders
For international customers, shipping fees and the 20% customs and duties fee charged at checkout are non-refundable. Should a return, repair, or exchange be needed, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any import/export taxes or duties incurred.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Instructions
Please email aryastudio0328@gmail.com to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized in writing before being sent. Any package sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us right away at aryastudio0328@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges on non-custom rings!
Please note that all exchanges incur a 20% exchange fee to cover the labor and processing of your new piece. To facilitate this, your original item will be processed as a return (subject to the standard return restocking fee).
Once you are ready to place your new order, please contact us at aryastudio0328@gmail.com. As a thank you for your continued support, we will provide a special discount code to apply toward your replacement purchase, helping to offset the transition to your new Arya piece.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
